  • What is the refund policy?
    All sales are final. Our goal is to ensure that each piece of art brings joy and satisfaction to its owner every time it is viewed. So if you encounter an issue with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us directly. While we cannot guarantee a resolution, we may be able to offer a substitution option for your piece. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will do our best to address any concerns you may have.
  • How are shipping costs calculated?
    Shipping costs are not included in the listed price of our artworks. The shipping rate is determined by the weight of the item and will be managed through a third-party distributor. It is important to note that some of our thicker canvases and wooden sculptures may have additional weight, which could affect the overall shipping cost.   • What should I do if a piece of artwork I am interested in has already been purchased?
    If the piece you are interested in has already been purchased and is currently unavailable, there may be options to provide you with a close replication in a new painting or to produce a fine art print to the size of your choosing. Please contact us regarding the specific piece in question, and we can explore these options together. Our aim is to ensure you still have a chance to enjoy the art you love, whether through a new, unique creation or a high-quality reproduction.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
